If you haven't discovered it already, CDJ stores its data in a .mdb file. As Colby stated, you can add fields to the data tables in this db but CDJ doesn't display them.
I open and print reports directly from the .mdb file using Microsoft Access. So extra fields (if I ever get around to adding them) would be printed.
