cdj bug with international dates

Hi Colby,

Using version 10/31/00 (haven't tried the latest yet), if I set my regional options to English (United Kingom), I would expect the date format in cdj to change from mm/dd/yy to dd/mm/yy. Well, it doesn't. However, to make matters worse, if you then sort on date added, it gets really confused.

Any chance of getting this fixed?
