I use access 2000 to edit the data base. The only thing you should not be able to do is redefine the database schema. If that is what you are trying to do (add new tables or new columns) then you are correct. If all you wish to do is add new rows to an existing table or to change values in an existing row, that works for me. Responses To This Message
