400 disc changers

I have my changer set on Control AII, but it still doesn't locate all 400 discs. What am I still doing wrong?

My current set up is:

strde 845(Receiver) CDP cx-300 cdp cx-400

All 3 units are linked via Control cable into SL0 on my Slink-E.
