> This is mostly for Colby -- any plans to generate your own IR codes that could then be taught to a learning remote, so a normal IR remote could control CDJ? It'd be cool the be able to fire up a shuffle, change the shuffle tempos, etc, from a normal remote control. > Along similar lines, it'd be nice if CDJ would know to stop playing and stop a shuffle if all its CD players get turned off. (I often have my CDJ console upstairs, and am too lazy to run up there to do stuff). Yes, this is the plan. I will be adding a "Commands" property sheet similar to the "Events" one. This will allow you to access many of the toolbar or other paramter-less CDJ commands. Using the Slink-e to make up new codes is a cool idea - I was just thinking that you would use a device or device ID on a universal or other remote that you don't own the device for.
