TVRemote project

I tried to load TVRemote project into VB5 and got the following error message:
"Retained" is an invalid key. The file 'C:\PROGRA~1\Nirvis\SAMPLE~1\TVREMO~1\TVRemote.vbp' can't be loaded.
I could not run TVRemote and got the message " The file 'OLEAUT32.DLL' is out of date. This program requires a newer version." Should I use VB6 instead of VB5?
Does anyone have the same problems?
