SLinke IR port loop test failed!

I ran SLinkeServ to do the IR port 0 loop test and it failed. What could be the possible reason?

Also, I started IRDemo and learned IR codes from a remote control. After learn, I playback the IR to control the device but failed.

Is it just because the SLink-e I got doesn't function correctly?
