CDJ/slink-e losing touch?

I just tried running my first extended session on shuffle play today and
I ran into a possible bug.

Music would stop yet CDJ thought it was still playing. I would try to reset CDJ by telling to stop and start the playlist to see if that would clear things up and it wouldn't. The only that would work is power cycling the
slink-e and restarting the playlist. The
LED on the slink-e is NOT solid orange when this happens.

Initially I had the 515 and 240 cross fading between each other. I removed that
from the option to simplify things. I also removed the requirement that CDJ alternate between the 2 players. It just hung again playing only the 240.

There is traffic in the s-link viwer, although none of it is timecode indicating music playing (makes sense the player,is not playing). There is
mode information coming from one of the CD players (the 515). I can't cut and paste the text easily since CDJ is on another computer.

The CDP-CX240 and CDP-CE515 are daisy changed and plugged into the first port
on the slink-e. My receiver, STR-815G, is plugged into the second port.
A tape deck, TC-WE625, plugged into the third.
