Missing Disk Detection

I've encountered a problem where CDJ will just sit waiting when a disk has been removed from a player and it comes up in the play list. I probably should just flag it as "Never Play" while it's out, but since there was so much discussion on the skipping disc subject I thought this might be a extension of the processing.
