Live Music and Cross-Fader

I have a couple of ideas for the Cross-Fader:

1) It is a pain to program live music since the tracks start with the cheering fans all of a sudden. Could you add the feature of incorporating the cross-fader selectively (per disc). In this manner, only the live discs (or medley dancing discs) could start progressively volume wise.

2) Another big issue when recording is that discs are recorded at different volumes. This difference might make you fall off the chair when you are changing music styles as well. Is there a manner to check the peak volume in the track and set a maximum volume though the cross fader?
