CDJ actually has this feature already, RTFM (well, revlog.txt actually) and find out:

"3) Use the automatic default image feature built into CDJ: After setting a path in the Options->CD Library menu, CDJ will automatically try to find the correct image file using a standard CDDB DiscID naming convention. For example, if the CDDB DiscID of a disc was c506e910, CDJ would look for a file called c506e910.bmp in the specified path. In the future, I'd like to try to set up an Internet server for these files which would make their retrieval to your local system automatic."
